Background
Joseph “Big Joe” Cyano is one of the top Reclamation Agents in the Quad, RAC# C-5531 A-10177-0713-M. Big Joe was a sniper and expert survivalist, and a mentor to many Killjoys including Dutch. Once the youngest Killjoy to reach Level 5 rank, he was the oldest to retain it.
Towards the end of his career he became a thief and gun runner, supplying weapons to the True Leithians. Eventually he had a Level 5 Warrant placed on him when he was 52 years old, resulting in his death at the hand of Fancy Lee.[1]
