A Black Warrant is a rare competitive warrant where multiple Killjoys compete to finish the warrant. The best team wins the bounty and the bragging rights.
Competitive warrants have levels like regular warrants. For example the warrant on Big Joe was upgraded to level 5 to keep him out of the Company's prison.[1]
