Biography[]
The Captain is a Hullen that has infiltrated The Quad Border Control Forces, along with a large number of other Hullen.
She captures and interrogates Dutch and the crew, not suspecting that Dutch has led her intro a trap and wanted to be caught in order to kill the Hullen and use them to refill the dwindling supply of Green Plasma.[1]
