Biography[]
Captain Cardiff is a senior officer of the RAC. He is the Captain of the Zar Quadrant RAC Outpost, one of the largest RAC outposts in the J Star Cluster.[1]
He was the sole survivor of his RAC Outpost when Aneela destroyed the ZAR Quadrant RAC Cruiser, as he was returning to the ship from The Quad.
