Biography[]
A RAC member and Level 6 Agent undercover in Old Town on Westerley.[1].
D'avin and Sabine were able to identify a number of Level 6 agents who were in hiding behind the Containment Fence that surrounds Old Town. Dutch and Johnny were able to match one of the Level 6 agent identities to this person, who was posing as a food cart operator in the city.
