Biography[]
The Derelict Man works for the Hullen, scouting Old Town and identifying children that the Hullen will abduct to perform experiments on.[1]
Gared realizes that the Derelict man is involved with the missing children while invisting the abduction of Ginny's daughter and he and Pree capture the man to interrogate him.[2]
