Biography[]
The Fallen Man escaped from the Red 17 facility on Arkyn while undergoing the process to become Hullen. He was captured and returned to the facility. D'avin Jaqobis witnessed his capture as part of a shared Hullen memory while being injected with Green Plasma.[1]
