Biography[]
Grayson Hicks underwent a memory alteration procedure performed by Dr. Bliss on Utopia. The treatment left him with memory loss and hallucinations and he filed complaints against the doctor. He was eventually committed to a Westerley Mental Institute on Westerley. [1]
Westerley Mental Institute
Dutch, Johnny, and D'avin broke into the mental institute in order to talk to Grayson and find the location of Dr. Pim Jaegar. He promised to tell the team the location of the doctor if they would take him with them. They broke him out of the mental institute and Grayson took the to Utopia, thinking they were looking for Dr. Bliss.
