Biography[]
Jer is a technician onboard the RAC Cruiser that is stationed in The Quad. He manages life support and environmental systems on the ship.
John Jaqobis took advantage of their friendship and drugged Jer so that he could inject a paralyzing gas into the air ventilation systems of the ship to allow the rebel Killjoys to attack the Hullen that had infiltrated the RAC.[1]
