Biography[]
Juno Clay is the Warden of the Debtor's Colony in the Alcador Cluster. He not only ran the colony for his company but also trafficked in children, selling them off the books without the company knowing. Delle Seyah and Bea made arrangements with the colony head office for repayment of debts and release by handing them Clay and evidence of him stealing from the company. The company made him an inhabitant of the colony to repay his debt, one organ at a time.[1]
