Biography[]
N’oa is a sex worker at The Royale in Old Town on Westerley. John Jaqobis is one of her regular customers.
N’oa is married to Vincent Sh'ao, who works half of each year as a migrant worker on Leith harvesting Hokk. No’a had not heard from Vincent and he had only two days left on his work visa. N’oa took out a Level 3 Warrant to have him found and returned to Westerley before his visa expired, as N’oa had co-signed his work visa and if he failed to return then she would be subject to his punishment of ten years hard labor.[1]
