Phil is a character appearing in Season 2 of Killjoys. He is portrayed by actor Chris Hoffman.
Biography[]
Phil is a RAC Agent who specializes in interrogation techniques, including Pupillometric Measurement. He works for Turin at a secret facility on Leith.
He was brought in to interrogate Sabine, however she recognized him as a Level 6 agent that had infiltrated the RAC and was going to kill her to prevent her from divulging information on other Level 6 agents.[1]
Sabine attacked him before he could use his Dreadnought to kill her, managing to use her restraints as a garrote and decapitate him.

Chris Hoffman who plays Phil, the creepy interrogator, had a prosthetic head and body that was used in filming the scene where Sabine beheads him.[2]
