Rat City is a neutral zone situated at the far end of the J Star Cluster, where Hackmods have congregated to make a life for themselves and take care of each other.[1] ‘Basics’ (unmodded humans), dare not venture there, as Hackmods are suspicious of them potentially being repos or the law.[2]
