Biography[]
Remy Skeever and his brother Lemy are criminals in Old Town on Westerley. They are fences, and act as middleman between thieves and the eventual buyers of stolen goods.[1]

Remy had his larynx damaged in the past and uses a tracheostomy speaking valve and an electrolarynx[2] in order to talk.
