Biography
The Robed Nomad is a resident of a frontier tent settlement in the Salt Plains of Westerley near Old Town.[1] He captured Pawter Simms when she escaped the Spring Hill Compound and brought her to the Salt Plains. She was able to free herself after winning a arm wrestling contest with Big Borna.
