The Shopkeeper is a character appearing in Season 1 of Killjoys. She is portrayed by actress Natalie Charles.
Biography[]
A herbalist on Leith who owns a shop in the Leith Bazaar selling herbal remedies and medicines, such as Linaria root. She also deals in black-market pharmaceuticals. [1]
Like some Leithians, she is unsympathetic to the plight of Westerlyns.
Knowing that she couldn't report a robbery of black market pharmaceuticals without incriminating herself, Pawter Simms has used her to obtain the medicine she needs for her clinic to trat illnesses such as Pleuroxis, and has had to threaten her in the past in order to get meds, such as insinuating that she had injected her with the Selius Fever virus.
