Background[]
The Spring Hill Compound is a Company bio-dome that was set up at Spring Hill, just outside of Old Town.[1]
The bio-dome provides facilities for Company personnel, under the command of Liam Jelco, to monitor and manage the Containment Fence that was placed around Old Town after the city was bombed. The compound is controlled by Julian, an AI computer.
Located beneath the dome were secret laboratories similar to those used in the Red 17 program on Arkyn. These were intended to convert survivors of the Execution Eugenics protocol into an army of Hullen.[2] After the compound was destroyed, Delle Seyah Kendry used the remains of the labs to make herself Hullen.
