Biography[]
Toad is a criminal employed at Eulogy, an outlaw barter town on Westerley. He maintains security at the main entrance to the casino, scanning people as they arrive to verify their status as criminals. Once accepted for entrance he then scans the stolen items they have brought to establish the market value of the trade goods for a gambling stake in the casino.[1]
